NorCordia Partners
Cecilia Bergåkra
Swedish U25 dressage talent Cecilia Bergåkra has joined NorCordia as a partner and is now based full-time at Randbøl Dressage Academy in Denmark. Her arrival marks an important step in NorCordia’s growth strategy, as the organization continues to invest in developing elite riders and horses in a modern, sustainable way. From the very first discussions, it was clear that Cecilia’s values and ambitions aligned closely with NorCordia’s mission.
Cecilia Bergåkra background
Cecilia became Sweden’s youngest-ever Grand Prix rider at just 14 years old, a milestone that quickly established her as one of Europe’s most promising dressage talents. She is known for combining strong competitive results with a deep commitment to classical training principles and equine welfare.
In 2025, Cecilia won her first U25 Gold Medal and Senior Silver Medal at the Swedish National Championships, before finishing the summer with 10th place in the final at the European U25 Championships in Kronberg, Germany. Now part of NorCordia’s team at Randbøl, Cecilia is focused on training and developing NorCordia’s horses so they can reach their full potential.

Naturlära Ridgymnasium and Cecilia’s Connection
Cecilia’s journey in horses is deeply connected to Naturlära Ridgymnasium (a Swedish high school focused on equestrian education), the school her family founded at Bergåkra Farm in Hälsingland. Naturlära has been a central part of her daily life, combining general academics with specialized training in natural horse management and equestrian sports. She will continue to support the school while welcoming Naturlära students exclusively to NorCordia programs in Denmark and the U.S., as has been the practice over the past four years.

Anne-Marie Hosbond
NorCordia and Anne-Marie Hosbond have entered into a long-term partnership, meaning that Anne-Marie Hosbond will become a part of NorCordia in the future.
The new partnership with Anne-Marie Hosbond marks an important step in NorCordia’s strategy of growth through partnerships rather than centralized development. From the initial dialogue with Anne-Marie Hosbond, NorCordia has been convinced that this partnership was the right step.
Anne-Marie Hosbond background
I trained as a rider at Helgstrand Dressage in 2018. After my apprenticeship, I was a permanent rider at Helgstrand for two years, during which I also spent five months in Wellington. After Helgstrand, I was self-employed in Randers for 1.5 years. From October 2021 to November 2023, I was employed as a rider at Stutteri EVO. As of January 1, 2024, I started a new company, HOSBOND, focusing on the training of horses and riders.
As of June 15th, 2024, I started as a NorCordia Partner.
Results:
I have ridden many young horses in various events, including stallion shows and competitions, and I have placed horses for aptitude tests in Herning and many championship finals. I participated in the UVM twice, with a 6-year-old and a 7-year-old for DV, where the 6-year-old finished in the top 10 in the final. I was the winner of the Folksam Open Falsterbo for 5-year-old horses in 2023 and placed 3rd in the 6-year-old class.
I am a member of the Danish senior national team in the B squad for 2023. Internationally, I have many placings in the small tour. In 2023, I achieved several international placings in GP and GP Special, with the best result being part of the winning Nations Cup team in Falsterbo 2023, with a CDI5* Freestyle score of 76.5%, finishing 5th individually. I also placed 8th in the Danish Championships in 2023.
