Just a quick update from the USA side of NorCordia. Our empire is growing…
Portfolio 2 sold out to investors and was fully seeded with horses by the end of February. An exciting start to 2023! If you have not heard already, the first horse was sold in that portfolio with a 41% return to investors on that individual sale. He has already been replaced with another interesting horse. Portfolio 1 continues to thrive with two more horses sold in 2023 and an overall return of 37% to the investor per 31/12-2022 – approximately half way through the 3 year period.
Local news: NorCordia’s Vianne and Sola Diva had blockbuster results over Easter weekend! Vianne won the 7 yr old Qualifying Test for the World Breeding Championships (to be held in Ermelo NED in August) and Sola Diva won the Qualifying Test for the USEF Developing Horse Championships (to be held in Chicago, IL in August). Both horses are on a great trajectory!
