NORCORDIA USA is hiring a long term head groom position!

The head groom will travel with the team from Califon, NJ to Wellington, Fl every six months.
Duties include all aspects of horse care: from bandaging, turnout, tacking and cooling out, hand walking, nightcheck and more. Few to no stalls on a day to day basis.
The ideal candidate is a self starter who happily follows direction, and is able to take instruction and use it to guide the home team through the day whilst the show team travels.
This groom will work closely with the manager and trainers on a care plan for each of our horses, and is expected to pay close attention to horse welfare and daily care.
Salary and Accommodation included.
This is NOT a riding position.
